All messages can be recorded and stored in iTEM, meaning you never need lose an important email again. From initial discussions to final details, all messages between staff, suppliers and clients can be stored and retrieved easily on iTEM.
Inbox
All messages can displayed in a number of places: your iTEM inbox, project feed or against the task itself, giving you up-to-the-moment tracking, and alerting you to urgent actions.
Desktop/Mobile
These messages can be linked to your desktop and Mobile devices via live RSS feeds.
Email
You, your staff, clients and suppliers do not need to log in to iTEM in order to use it or benefit from it. Simply reply to messages from iTEM via your email client, and your communication will be stored against the appropriate task. Files can be attached and stored in the same way.
Messages
All messages associated with a task can be easily accessed, saving you from having to recall actions and discussions that have taken place.
If you need to set a task but don’t want to log in, simply email iTEM and it will sit in your unassigned tasks until it can be assigned to the appropriate project and person.
Managing Visibility of Messages
You can vet messages, ensuring that your clients don’t see anything they shouldn’t. You can also keep messages private.
Integration
Inboxes will need to be created under your domain to allow customers seamless integration into your day-to-day practices, e.g. iteminbox@yourcompany.com.
