Integration

One of the best things about iTEM is that it fully integrates with so many applications that your staff, clients and suppliers don’t necessarily have to log in to it or learn how to use it.

Email

Tasks can be created by you or a client, simply by emailing your iTEM inbox. Messages and documents can stored until they are ready to be assigned by your iTEM administrator.

Email Clients

Messages can be emailed directly either from iTEM or by replying to an iTEM email from your email client (Outlook, mobile device etc). All messages are stored against the relevant task along with any attachments.

RSS Feeds

The project and inbox feed are available to any RSS reader be it on your desktop, web browser or mobile device. Up-to-the-minute information about projects, tasks, files, messages and time can be all received by the appropriate clients, staff or suppliers.

Desktop Timer

iTEM's desktop timer can record time against projects and tasks. When you are logged in to it, it will retrieve your projects and respective tasks. Click "start" and your timer will tick away, monitoring your time spent on an activity. You can operate multiple timers for different tasks, allowing you to switch from one to another. Stopping one timer will start another.
