You may not wish your clients to see your suppliers or outsourcing. iTEM gives you the choice of whether or not to make this visible to clients. If hidden, reciprocal tasks can be created allowing your clients to see the progress of a task as if it was being done by your business.
Rates
You can create rates for suppliers. This can be entered at timesheet level, giving you complete visibility of hours and spend.
Timesheets
If a supplier has a computer, they can use the desktop timer to retrieve tasks and record time spent on them.
